ALL fields within this booking form must be completed to secure your position in WSC Ball of 2025. Dance Lessons will be held on a Sunday at the Berwick Senior Citizens Centre between 6:45pm to 8:15pm. Commencing 29th June 2025 as per dance schedule below. Dance Schedule   Sun 29th June 6:45pm - 8:15pm Sun 6th July 6:45pm - 8:15pm Sun 13th July School Holidays Sun 20th July School Holidays Sun 27th July 8:30pm - 10:00pm Sun 3rd Aug 6:45pm - 8:15pm Sun 10th Aug 6:45pm - 8:15pm Sun 17th Aug 6:45pm - 8:15pm Sun 24th Aug 7:15pm - 8:45pm Sat 30th Aug 2:45pm At Venue Attendance at dance lessons is compulsory, please show respect to all dance teachers & staff of SEPE, agree that you will not consume alcohol or smoke during rehearsals or on the evening of the event you are participating in. Please note that we at SEPE do not offer any refunds once you have committed by registering and payment of the participant fees. It is a suggestion of SEPE that you choose your partner wisely, it is a suggested that you ask a long term friend to be your partner. Debutantes and their chosen partner are to arrange their limo / car for the day of your event, to arrive between 2:45pm to 3:15pm. Please allow 15 minutes for drop off for video and photographs. All guest tickets will go on sale 4 weeks prior to the event via our online booking system. All families will be notified via the parent email address that is contained within your booking form, so please ensure that you write this in correctly to alleviate any errors.
